All of our trainers are certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

My Story
I haven't been fit all my life, most of my childhood I struggled with being overweight.
Starting my senior years of high school weighing 95 kilos.
Whether my struggles with weight were purely poor eating habits or medically induced.
Throughout my senior years of high school I managed to lose 20 kilos through playing sport regularly and changing dietary habits. After school I started mid distance running 5-10 kilometres.
Eventually ending up running the city2surf 3 times and also the SMH Half Marathon.
In April 2009 I was introduced to the martial art/combat sport Muay Thai of which I developed a passion for the art and sport and benefits it has given me both physically and mentally. It's through my personal experiences that made me want to become a personal trainer.
Since graduating from my certificate iv in fitness I have noticed a plethora of misinformation about training within the industry from both experienced and degree qualified trainers.
I want to give people a better understanding of training principles and intelligent programming as well as simple dietary advice to help individuals reach their goals.
